Would you have any idea where one might find a stripes tutorial that demonstrates hibernate persistence?
There is a Stripes Stuff project:

Which contains an interceptor called Stripersist. Aside from that there is nothing special about using Hibernate with Stripes. Stripes allows you to do it however you want. Stripes only concerns itself with web MVC. Nothing more, nothing less.
